Shipping Policy

At Vet & Veldt, each order is packed with care and prepared by hand. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will reach you.

Order Processing
• Orders are packed and dispatched on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• If processing times differ for a specific product, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

As a small-batch business, please allow 1–3 working days for order processing unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Delivery
• We currently ship within South Africa.
• Delivery times depend on the courier service selected at checkout and your location.
• Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and are guidelines only, not guarantees.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Vet & Veldt is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer will be for the customer’s account.

Tracking
• Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery using the provided tracking information.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct and complete at checkout. Vet & Veldt cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
• If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and include clear photos of the damage.
• Lost parcels will be handled in line with the courier’s investigation process.

Special Notes
• From time to time, we may offer promotions, limited releases, or made-to-order items that have longer processing times. These will be clearly communicated.
• Vet & Veldt reserves the right to update this shipping policy at any time.
